Why I Care
I am a mental health professional and a mother of two. the mental health professional in me knows how important sleep is. Sleep is both essential to the growth and development of a child, and also to the mental heath of an adult! The mother in me knows what it feels like to struggle with baby sleep and how hard it is to parent on no sleep. Better sleep is life changing, and I want to help be that change.

I am passionate about helping families to thrive by getting better sleep. I can support newborns, babies, or toddlers with their unique problems. I help with sleep training in children 4 months+
How I Do It
I work with families to understand their goals and what is important to them. We work together to find a sleep solution that is achievable and realistic.
